It adds a robust feel to the Mavic Pro Alpine White while still less than 1 kg that you rarely feel when on the move. The steel metal frame at the bottom houses all the processing units, fans and sensors which gives it a nice accented trim. The gimbal cover silicone is still the same colour which is the only thing that breaks the Alpine White look, but in the grand scheme of things doesn’t matter anyway. I’ll reserve those for my review but in short: this is the same Mavic Pro with an aesthetically cleaner colorway that appeals to both men and women (vs the original grey). As for the tech its packing inside, you’re looking at a 1/2.3″ CMOS sensor capable of pushing 4K UHD video up to 30fps, Full HD up to 96fps and 12MP still capture (9MP if 16:9). It weights exactly the same at 734 grams with all props, batteries on, 27 minutes flight time in ideal conditions and a foldable design that is stylish yet ergonomically friendly for just about anyone to use.
